Charlotte County experienced a dramatic 442% increase in foreclosure filings from October to November, reaching 423 filings, making it the highest in the region. Year-over-year, foreclosures in Charlotte County surged 819%. In stark contrast, Manatee County saw a 40% month-over-month decline in foreclosures and a 31% drop compared to the previous year, with only 24 filings in November.
