Over a decade in the making, the revitalized property along the city of Sarasota waterfront will finally be opening this month. The ten-day long grand opening at Bay Park will feature over 90 musical guests, newly finished amenities, and much more. But city and county leaders are not stopping there. They are already finishing funding approval for the second phase of this incredible project. By 2026, they hope to open the second phase which includes the revitalization of the Canal District with a refurbished sea wall, food pavilion, day docks, and a highly anticipated waterfront restaurant.
