They recently opened their new downtown space with exciting shops and restaurants to explore. But now they are expanding the commercial spaces with even more necessities for locals. They’ve begun construction on a vast network of healthcare families including a new Sarasota Memorial Hospital, a 30-acre HCA Healthcare facility and over 150k sf of medical offices and services. Also under construction includes a new Publix shopping center and Costco Wholesale. Plus a Bayside Pet Resort, Starbucks, Panera Bread and multiple banks for all your daily needs! For families, a K-8 Charter Academy has just opened and Sarasota County is currently construction an entire K-12 school system right now.
